TINJAUAN ETIKA DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL EKONOMI DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan implementasi nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam pada sistem ekonomi modern guna menjawab problematika lingkungan dan ketimpangan sosial akibat kapitalisme global saat ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik analisis isi. Kerangka teori yang digunakan adalah konsep maslahah dalam ekonomi Islam yang berorientasi pada kemaslahatan bersama dan teori perubahan evolusioner melalui tiga tahapan: awareness, transformation dan commitment to syariah. Hasil penelitian berupa rekomendasi kebijakan implementasi etika bisnis Islam pada sistem ekonomi modern, yaitu: peningkatan sosialisasi nilai syariah, penerapan kode etik berbasis syariah, audit kepatuhan syariah dan pengembangan regulasi yang mendukung implementasi prinsip syariah dalam aktivitas bisnis. Strategi implementasinya adalah transformasi sistem ekonomi konvensional yang berbasis self-interest menjadi sistem ekonomi syariah yang lebih berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi antara regulator, pemerintah, asosiasi bisnis, tokoh agama, perguruan tinggi dan media massa.
