JOURNAL DESCRIPTION
Insight Management and Business (IMB), with registered number ISSN 3024-8531 (Online), is a peer-reviewed journal published two times a year (June, and December) by Institut Riset dan Publikasi Asas Nusantara in collaboration with several universities throughout Riau and Indonesia. IMB intended to be the journal for publishing articles reporting the results of research on management and business. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English. articles are original research results with maximum plagiarism of 25%. Articles submitted to IMB will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers. The submitted article must meet the assessment criteria and in accordance with the instructions and templates provided by IMB. The author should upload the Statement of Intellectual/Copyright Rights when submitting the manuscript. Papers must be submitted via the Open Journal System (OJS) in .doc or .docx format.
IMB invites manuscripts on various topics including, but not limited to, functional areas of marketing management, finance management, strategic management, operation management, human resource management, e-business, knowledge management, management accounting, management control system, management information system, international business, business economics, business ethics, and sustainable, and entrepreneurship.
